Hampton Inn Roanoke/Hollins - I-81

“Close proximity to highway, no parking fees and plenty of parking. The room was large and had a smart TV with HDMI hookup available. The laundry facilities were very clean as well as the elevators. The gym was nice and clean, no smells. We mostly dealt with John as he was typically at the front desk when we came in and out of our room. John was exceptional! He’s extremely professional, down to earth, friendly, and helpful. He went above and beyond his duties! He also willingly gave us restaurant recommendations which was considerate. We definitely plan to stay again. No complaints and no issues!”

“Had to book an emergency stay here, originally booked for 2 nights but the receptionist was kind of enough to let me cancel a night due to change in plans. The room was very clean and nice. Microwave, shower, etc was spotless. Peaceful stay, would definitely recommend anyone to book here.”

“Called to make a last minute reservation while traveling up north. John answered and was extremely helpful giving me details. Great customer service by him. When we arrived, John remembered our conversation and booked our room. Rooms are fine but as most reviews read, this hotel has had many upgrades but could still use some. Our room was perfect though. Roll in shower helped the 6' 4" husband manage easily. Bed comfy. Quiet floor, tv large and modernly decorated. We definitely would stay again on our travels. Also the check out clerk was friendly and happy at 500am!”
